Tests
Heat treatment,non-destructive test and hydrostatic test are not required when we are manufacturing the piling.
Applications
The API 5L pile pipes, the structural support piles and cast-in-situ concrete piles are the common usage of the pilings.
Technical specifications
The rating standards for the API 5L piling pipes include PSL 1 type and PSL 2 type. The maximum outer diameter for our API 5L SSAW steel pipe is 3048mm. The maximum wall thickness is 30 mm and the maximum length for a single pipe reaches 20000mm.
Materials
We use A25-X100 steel type to manufacture our API 5L SSAW steel pipe.
